Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains how Small Business Advisor, an advisory website powered by Possible Growth and led by Rajiv Bakshi, handles information when you browse this website, send an enquiry, use the ROI calculator or request an Adhyayan diagnostic callback.

1. Information we collect

Contact enquiries: your name, email address, optional business name and phone number, the topic you select, your message and your agreement to be contacted. Messages sent directly by email or phone may also become part of our correspondence.

ROI calculator submissions: your name, business name, email address, phone number, your selected answers, chosen scenario, resulting estimate and your agreement to receive the report and be contacted. Answers include approximate turnover, borrowing interest, team size, customer payment time, stock holding, rework, employee cost, staff turnover and time spent on daily problems.

If you request an Adhyayan diagnostic callback, we record that request against the details and answers you already supplied. You do not need to enter a second set of contact details.

We also process submission references, timestamps, consent and email delivery status. Our hosting, security and analytics providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, visited pages, referring pages, interactions and cookie identifiers.

Please do not include passwords, bank account details, identity documents, confidential employee records or other sensitive information in an enquiry. Approximate business figures are sufficient for the calculator.

2. How we use your information

We use your enquiry information to respond to your request, understand your business challenges, arrange a discussion and provide the advisory support you request.

We use calculator answers to produce your indicative ROI report, email a copy to you and notify our Possible Growth advisory team. A diagnostic callback request tells the team to contact you using your existing details. Calculator results are estimates for discussion, rather than a credit assessment or a decision about eligibility for a financial product.

We use technical information to operate and secure the website, limit repeated or abusive submissions, understand website performance and measure advertising. The form contact permission relates to your enquiry or estimate; it is not a subscription to a general newsletter.

3. Your report, enquiries and team notifications

Contact enquiries and ROI submissions are saved in the website's Cloudflare D1 database and are accessible through the protected admin panel. Team notifications are sent to dm1@possiblegrowth.com using EmailJS and the connected email provider.

When you submit the calculator, the team receives your enquiry and report, and you receive a report at the email address you provided. If you later request an Adhyayan callback, the team receives a callback brief using your saved contact and business details. That callback notification does not resend the full report.

Please enter an email address you control. Email delivery involves service providers, and a message may remain in the recipient's mailbox, the sender's mailbox or provider records separately from the website database.

4. Services that process information

Cloudflare provides the website hosting, database and supporting network and security services. EmailJS and the connected email provider process the contact details and message or report content needed to deliver our emails.

Google Analytics helps us understand website visits and usage. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interactions through features such as heatmaps and session playback, which may include clicks, scrolling, device information and page content. The Meta Pixel measures visits and advertising activity and may support audience or advertising features according to Meta's settings and policies.

Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers to display the website's typography. Loading external resources can disclose technical information such as an IP address and browser request details to the resource provider.

These providers may process information on infrastructure outside your country. Their own privacy policies describe their handling of data. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect the website, our users or our legal rights. We do not sell the contact details or business answers submitted through our enquiry forms.

5. Cookies, analytics and your browser choices

Analytics and advertising tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to recognise a browser, understand visits and measure advertising. Technical and security information may also be processed without cookies. The admin panel uses a necessary sign-in cookie to maintain the administrator's session.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and manage tracking protection. Google and Meta also provide account and advertising preference controls. Browser restrictions can limit analytics or advertising features and may affect some website functionality.

The website currently loads its analytics and advertising scripts with the page and does not provide a separate on-site cookie preference panel. Submitting a form is not required to browse the site. The form contact checkbox relates to handling your enquiry or calculator report.

6. How long information is kept

There is currently no automatic deletion period for contact enquiries, ROI submissions, reports or callback records in the website database. These records remain available to our team until they are deleted. You may contact us to request deletion of your information.

Email copies, service-provider records and backups can have separate retention arrangements. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve a dispute or maintain necessary business records. If that applies to a deletion request, we will explain the relevant limitation.

Submission protection uses short-lived hashes derived from the requesting IP address, rather than saving the raw IP in the form rate-limit table. These rate-limit entries expire after 15 minutes and are cleaned up as the relevant endpoints are used. Hosting providers may separately keep technical or security logs.

7. Protecting information

The website uses HTTPS, a protected admin account and server-side checks for form and admin requests. Email credentials are handled by the backend rather than displayed to website visitors. Access to enquiries is intended for the advisory team and service providers involved in operating the website and responding to requests.

No internet transmission, email system or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the enquiry forms to start a discussion, and ask the team about an appropriate way to share any sensitive business documents later.

8. Access, correction, deletion and contact preferences

You can ask what enquiry or calculator information we hold about you, request correction, request deletion or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may also ask us how to exercise them.

Send your request to dm1@possiblegrowth.com, preferably from the address you used for your enquiry. Include enough context to help us locate the record, such as the business name or approximate submission date. We may ask for reasonable verification before sharing, changing or deleting personal information.

Withdrawing a request for further contact will not undo emails already sent or earlier processing. We will review your request and explain any records that must be retained. Please also use this contact for privacy questions or complaints.

9. Children and external websites

This website is intended for adult business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Links to LinkedIn or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers our website and does not replace those services' policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or information-handling practices change. The updated date at the top identifies the latest version. Please review the policy before sharing information if you have questions about how it will be handled.
